Vendly has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fraudulent activity, scams, and deceptive practices. Any user found engaging in scamming activities will be immediately banned, reported to authorities, and may face legal action.

By using Vendly, you acknowledge that scamming activities are illegal and may result in criminal prosecution, civil lawsuits, and substantial financial penalties. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies worldwide to prosecute scammers.
π 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account on Vendly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Anti-Scam Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
1.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vendly. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

As a condition of using Vendly, you hereby agree to the following:
- I will NOT engage in any fraudulent transactions or deceptive practices
- I will NOT sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
- I will NOT use fake identities or impersonate others
- I will NOT manipulate prices or ratings through fake reviews
- I will NOT attempt to take payments outside of the Vendly platform
- I will NOT engage in phishing, hacking, or unauthorized access
- I will NOT launder money through the platform
- I will NOT threaten, harass, or intimidate other users
- I will NOT provide false or misleading product information
- I will NOT fail to deliver products after receiving payment

Users caught engaging in fraudulent activities may be reported to:

- Consumer protection agencies
4.2 Civil Liability
Scammers may be held liable for:
- Full restitution to victims
- Triple damages under consumer protection laws
- Legal fees and court costs
- Punitive damages
4.3 Financial Penalties
Depending on jurisdiction, penalties may include:

- Asset seizure

π° 7. REFUND AND DISPUTE POLICY
7.1 Buyer Protection
Eligible purchases are protected under our Buyer Protection program:
- Full refund if product not received
- Partial refund if product significantly not as described
- Dispute resolution within 14 days of transaction
- Evidence-based decisions
7.2 Seller Protections
Sellers are protected against:
- False claim disputes (with shipping proof)
- Chargeback fraud (with transaction records)
- Harassment and unjustified negative reviews
π 8. USER CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS
All users agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Complete all transactions honestly and in good faith
- Respond to buyer/seller inquiries within 48 hours
- Ship products within 3 business days of payment

- Consent to the collection and processing of my data for security purposes
- Agree to resolve disputes through Vendly's arbitration process
- Waive my right to participate in class action lawsuits against Vendly
